We deliver 20 miles from the zip code of 22303. If you are outside our delivery zone, fill out the contact form so we can accommodate your delivery. We want to make sure we bring desserts that bring a special joy into your home.

As our product is perishable, baked and decorated by our skilled staff, our refund policy is as follows: - If you do not pick up your order, we do not give a refund. If you need it at a later date, you will have to pay for both. We cannot resell any product that is not picked up by the customer. - If you try one of our products and just don't care for it, then we hope you try something different next time; however, a refund will not be given. - No refund will be given ever for an amount in excess of the original purchase price regardless of circumstance. - Once you or a designated party has picked up an order and signed for it, it is considered "accepted". - Changes and cancellations to orders are accepted up until 7 calendar days prior to the date of pick up. We are unable to make changes on orders after that time frame. No refunds will be provided for any payments made on the order no matter the amount. - All orders are subject to the policies listed above. Nonna’s Bakery will provide a homemade dessert in a timely manner as request by the customer. We appreciate your special days like birthday celebrations, dessert table party, wedding day or just you craving for a sweet taste and we are deeply honored that you have chosen us. We guarantee that the flavors, size, and general designs will be met as outlined. Please be aware that all ingredients are processed on the same equipment (eggs, cream, milk, butter, and etc). You can note to us if you have any allergies with our specific ingredients or fruits that we use in our desserts and we will not include any of it on your order. Although we have strict processes when doing our product in the production area to prevent from cross-contact there is still a slight risk of the presence of any allergen.
